The policy provides cover for liability by law if an employee in insured’s service sustains bodily injury arising out of and in the course of employment by the insured in the business.

Buildings, machinery, furniture, fixtures and fittings, electrical installations, stocks, stocks in trade including work in progress etc. belonging to any industry, offices, service occupancies, households etc.

  Machinery Breakdown

Machinery Breakdown policy is an ideal cover for all kinds of plant and machinery, to cover cost of repairs or replacement of damaged parts as a result of unforeseen and sudden physical damages. The cover affords protection to the insured machinery whilst at work or at rest and also when they are being dismantled for the purpose of cleaning, inspection and overhauling or removal to another position or in the course of their operations or subsequent re‐erection, provided these are performed in the same premises.

  Public Liability

The policy provides cover for legal liability in respect of bodily injury to or illness of any person and loss or damage to property belonging to third parties arising as a result of:
– Defects in the insured’s ways, works machinery or plant.
– Negligence of the insured or his employee while on duty.
– Defective product.
Loss or damage –cost of repair or reinstatement following accidental collision or overturning of the vehicle fir: external explosion, self-ignition or lighting, burglary, housebreaking or heft, malicious act, cost of protection liability to third parties in death or bodily injury damage to property litigation expenses with company’s knowledge.

  Contractors All Risk

Contractor's All Risks Insurance that covers civil construction projects above or below ground such as residential and office buildings, hospitals, schools, theatres, roads, railways, bridges, tunnels, airports, dams, weirs, irrigation and drainage facilities, canals and ports. In addition the following will also be covered: Preparatory work at the construction site such as site facilities, excavation and leveling work and temporary structures (e.g. access roads, diversion canals and protective embankments) Any materials to be used in the construction work stored at the site
